Include your name, order #, and of coarse let us know how we can help you. We will respond to your email within 3 business days.

 

Returns

To be eligible for return, your items must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. Your items must also be in the original packaging.

 

No Refunds ONLY Exchange

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange and replace the item.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are nonrefundable.

 

Time Frame

Allow 45 days for entire exchange process.
